Wholesale Policy

Our platform is intended for business customers (B2B). We reserve the right to request business registration documents or additional information to verify wholesale eligibility.

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may vary depending on the product or brand. Certain promotional items or exclusive products may have different purchasing requirements.

• All prices are wholesale prices unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes, customs duties, shipping charges, and destination import fees are not included unless specifically mentioned.

Inventory is updated regularly; however, product availability is not guaranteed until payment has been confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact you with suitable alternatives or arrange a refund for the unavailable items.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Standard processing time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on order size and stock availability.

Paid orders will be held for a maximum of 7 calendar days. After this period, storage fees may apply or the order may be cancelled at our discretion.

Customers may:

• Arrange pickup using their preferred courier.
• Request shipping through our approved logistics partners (subject to destination availability).

Local delivery within Dubai is available only in selected areas unless otherwise agreed.

International customers are responsible for customs clearance, import permits, taxes, duties, and any destination-related charges.

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, returns are accepted only if:

• Incorrect products were supplied.
• Products arrived damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
• Manufacturing defects are confirmed.

Claims must include photographs, batch numbers, and supporting documentation.

All products supplied by Dubai Beauty Wholesale are sourced from authorized manufacturers, distributors, or verified suppliers. We guarantee genuine products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the affected products. We are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, or loss of profits resulting from delayed deliveries or third-party logistics providers.
